Gear Pro 2019 4-axis on worm

Hello,

We recently upgraded to 2019 software, and for the WORM on GearPro, we can no longer select 4-axis. Now when I measure a worm (note the RT is ON), the probe is moving along x/y axis. Where it use to stay on the probe's axis and only the RT spin, while the probe pulled back. I keep breaking my ruby tips. I will post a picture of exactly what 3-axis/4-axis I am speaking of in case anyone is unfamiliar.
