Vast XT issues, non detection.

I'm trying to help a sister plant get back up & running, but since i have an XXT and they have an XT i don't know the ins & outs of their system.
Overnight the machine was running, but at some point it errored out during a probe change.
I thought this would be a simple "tell the machine what probe it has in its hand" fix, but when i have them click on the manual change then the Up arrow i get this screen.
It appears as if the whole head isn't being detected.
So i had them pop off the XT head and clean the contacts between the probe and the head and the head and the arm with some alcohol on a rag, but that didn't fix anything.
Do any of you have any insight on what may be wrong and how to get this back up & running?

I've run XT's for years and have never had this happen. It's like it's lost it's config file?
You probably already tried but, the only thing I could recommend is to shut everything down and let it set for a few and then restart it. 🙄

I think Owen is correct regarding loss of some config info. This is what I would expect to see.

What does the traffic light look like? Does it show it is connected to a machine?

End of day 1 and all we (they) got going is an appointment with a tech.
Don't know yet if its a physical failure or a software (config) issue.

We "Lost" autorun one day (don't ask me how) So IT suggested we try
using a "Previous version" under the autorun file properties, and it worked.
So you make a copy of the config folder, then go to the config file properties
- previous version" tab, and go back to a previous version.
