PiWeb report printing

We are running calypso version 6.6 (05.06.2018). First of all , is there a newer version or patch out there. The reason I am asking is that we are slowly switching from our custom printout to the PiWeb reporting. (Just have basic not plus) and our having trouble when it goes to printout it freezes up. The Piweb report pops up on the screen, but the green bar at the top just sits there. This happens more often then it works. Have to close out calypso software and reopen. Then, we also use the text element a lot on the printout for messages for the tech. to see, but that doe not even show up on the report, when it does works. Anybody else having similar problems.

I think there's a service pack available for Calypso 6.6, you can check on the software download portal. It should be right next to the link to enter this forum.

The issue with the report taking a long time to load is most often caused by security settings. Ask your IT to add exceptions to the firewall and antivirus.

The text element is not being transferred to PiWeb at this time. The reason for this is that it does not have a unique identifier so there is no way to send it to a database. If it's possible it would be better to use characteristic groups or result elements to create messages at specific locations in the report. If you want one message at the top, then the measurement plan comment usually works well.
