[mo...]
Hi, I wrote a new program today and when I tried running it from the manual alignment step it did not run and just posted all previously measured results. How can I "unlock" this option? this is the first time that the current alignment / manual alignment drop down does not open - see attached picture. Please help ๐ค WhatsApp Image 2020-01-26 at 14.06.07.jpeg
[SH...]
In my limited knowledge, I think you have to tick the clear existing result check box.IMG_20200126_185751.jpg

[Ri...]
Also of note: if you leave it on "current alignment" you will not be calculating a new alignment with each subsequent inspection run. By leaving it on "current alignment" you are skipping the loop that obtains the best new alignment possible and instead calypso will default to whichever the last calculated base alignment was, over and over again. Once you change the part and or location, or even re-fixture the same part in the same location that "current alignment" is no longer valid. You have to run the "CNC_Part#__or_ProgName" from the drop down to calculate a new alignment each time. If I'm stating thew obvious I apologize. Figured it couldn't hurt to mention seeing you didn't know where clear existing results was. ๐ค
