[Li...] Posted January 24, 2020 Share Posted January 24, 2020 I am trying to get the stylus I have created from one CMM to my offline(Simulation) installed on my laptop. I click export on the machine and save to my secure key thumb drive. (.pcf) file. Then I take the thumbdrive to my laptop and go to Stylus system management and click import. I have the stylus(.pcf file) off the thumbdrive and copied to my desktop. When I try and import them I get a message that says , importing of stylus system is not allowed as the stylus system does not match the current CMM. Any ideas. I went to settings and picked Contura 2014. This is the same thing it said on the "real" machine. So it is RDS to RDSImporting Stylus.PNG Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

[Li...] Posted January 24, 2020 Author Share Posted January 24, 2020 Thanks Keith. Yeah I kept messing around with this and finally got it. Got rid of VAST made it RDS/ XXT.
