[Ky...] Posted January 13, 2020 Share Posted January 13, 2020 Check for dirt between the magnets. And maybe the probe wasn't seated in the pocket properly. Turns out the stylus had recently been changed to a slightly longer one, and when it went store the stylus, the tip hit the black spring loaded cover which knocked the probe off.
