RDS/XXT Articulating Error

We have noticed an error when articulating the XXT from A90 +B90 to A90 -B90. If we construct a plane at A90 +B90, origin and take a point at a specific location on a 1-2-3 block, then articulate to A90 -B90 and measure a point at the same place as the first point, the point is always -7 microns. This is after probe calibration. Zeiss techs have been here 4 days and can't figure it out. Online support cannot figure it out.
Latest action is to replace the entire RDS and XXT. Nothing changed. The Zeiss tech said he has seen this once before and Zeiss said if the machine passes the calibration, there is nothing else they can do. Apparently, there is not a spec for accuracy when articulating. The program Zeiss wrote while remotely accessing our machine to see this condition is attached. If some of you can run this program, it would be interesting to see the results.
I am also attaching the result from one of our customers who just got the same machine. They are seeing less than 1 micron. What I would expect to see from a machine of this caliber and reputation. I am also attaching the report from our machine.

Any ideas?

Thank you.
