[Lu...] Posted January 6, 2020 Share Posted January 6, 2020 Hello community people! I would like to ask a question with you. Working on a Prismo Navigator - Calypso in version 5.4. We had a problem that had never occurred to us. It was during probe qualification when there was a power outage, and when restarting the machine she was not recognizing probes and the settings that were set in the magazine disappeared. Another thing that happened was that in the manual replacement of the Headstock does not taring and recognizing the configuration. Has anyone had any such or similar problems? [Ow...] Posted January 6, 2020 Share Posted January 6, 2020 I've never had an issue exactly like that and it does not sound good. If I were you, I'd call the local Zeiss support number. You may of had an electrical surge along with the outage and damaged some internal files in the computer or the controller. Some things to consider but, no guarantee of fixing it. If it's just the computer, if you had a back-up saved you could copy and replace the files affected, like the config folder. With no back-up, you could see if you could reset the computer to an earlier time using the system restore method. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
