[Da...] Posted January 6, 2020 Share Posted January 6, 2020 Sometimes when we convert a solid model to a .step or .stp file, the size is much larger than normal. Usually the step file is less than 1 or 2 MB. I have some files that are as much as 20MB. My surfaces are freeforms and with the larger files the analysis for GDT Profile can take up to 20 or 30 minutes. We have tried a few things to get the files to convert to a more normal size but haven't been successful. Any suggestions? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
