[Er...] Posted January 2, 2020 Share Posted January 2, 2020 I guess nothing for the actual flatness value it self, theres a lot of information showing in piweb that might or might not be relevant. I think its Zeiss trying to flex the muscles of piweb showing how much more its capable of then the old reports. Some times the flexing just might be confusing. I dont know but I guess the corner points is the same as the nominal plane you have measured, if thats the case, it could give a hint of how much coverage you have of the plane.
