O-Inspect Light problem

Our O-Inspect lights won't come on unless we close Calypso and restart it.
So when we close a probing program, and open an optical program, without restarting the lights won't come on.
Any ideas?

Thanks,

What model of O-Inspect (322, 442, 563...etc) and which version of Calypso are you running, along with what service pack?

Hello Laura,
It's a 322. Calypso 2018 Version 6.6 No service pack is listed at the machine but I do have QS-Stat Interface 1.97 in the off line seat (which of course you cannot O-Inspect with)

Greg, try checking your camera's wire connection in your computer and make sure it has the correct configuration setup in calypso software.

Windows 10 Version 1803.
I like this idea. I'll go to the Zeiss portal and see if there is an updated driver.
The system does work but only from a fresh boot. No jumping back and forth.

As far as I know that driver isn't available for download seperately. We already had Windows 10 on our O-Inspect when the IT updated it to 1709. After that the lights and camera worked no more. But this was Calypso 2017. I don't remember if it worked with 2018. Anyway, I got a new driver from support. To be exact, it wasn't the Viscan driver, but the Viscan dongle driver.

Yes I learned that there was no separate driver yesterday. I'll call in and see what they can go.
Thank you

Just wanted to pass along an update on this. The problem was solved by updating to the newest service pack. I can't say what the problem was, if it was a corrected bug or just a glitch in the system but all is well now.
