[Ja...]
I was checking a part last week and had a characteristic show up as yellow in the report. I know pink means that something has failed to calculate, but what about yellow? Any help is appreciated.Yellow Characteristic.png
[Da...]
For those, the warning limit is set:warn-limPNG.PNG
[Ro...]
Even without the warning limits set, this will happen very when you land for the most part EXACTLY on the min or max tolerance line. we run about 50-100 parts a day, and ill say we'll probably get a yellow (on a program without bands set) about once a month. I tell my guys that we report out .0001 inch, and the deviation of the yellow part is less than .00005 from the outer line, but i don't know for sure if that's true, but that's what i was told. I think internally Calypso figures to 13 decimal places in inch.
