When I put it on my computer it contained a self extracting program which let me view the file. Of course I had no idea of what I was looking at but I could see how messed up my back is. I'm now more interested in this for personal use. My son has a lot of heath problems (we spend way too much time at Luries downtown) so this is something I should probably know how to view.
