ACIS Socket failed

I had problem with this kind of error massage"ACIS Socket failed". Whenever this error came program will stopped. I don't know why it's happening. please somebody explain about this.

I am using calypso 2018 v.6.2

Can you tell us more about what you're doing which will cause the error?
The only time I have encountered this before is if I am trying to import a huge and complex CAD model. If it is too much for the computer to handle, I get a failure with the ACIS socket.

You can see this from your network connection (especially wifi) dropping in/out.
