[Ow...]
Got a Durmax that will not take a point in the Z-axis with any probe. We've cleaned every stylus plate and the connections the plates attache to in the head, to no avail. ALL CMM axis move manually with the joysticks and no error's occur. All probes will take a side point, just not in Z. I've made sure the XXT head is secured to the axis by tightening the plastic black connection nut. Any idea's as to what's wrong or possible solutions?
[Ow...]
Update: The problem was in the XXT TL3 head itself.

[Ow...]
I'm not exactly sure what happened to it and if somebody knows, they're not saying. Somebody texting and driving the CMM at the same time? Bed bug's in the connections? Early YK2020? Regardless,a new head is on it's way and Zeiss is getting us going in a satisfactory manner.
