[FR...]
Hi dear all, I am new to Zeiss software and here looks like I could not get a continued mean line, when I use Blade Pro to start a new specification to create the first closed section, and loaded the nominal which exported by Calypso Turbine Blade. The mean line shown as below. Could anyone teach me why this happened? How to avoid it and how can I have a good continued mean line please? Thanks. [Er...]
Yeah, that doesnt look pretty. Have you defined leading and trailing edge yet? If not, do that and try to calculate mean line with nose index active. You can of course uncheck nose index afterwards.

[FR...]
And my CCV & CVX have a little overlap with TE & LE, are these okay with blade pro's default filter setting?
[Er...]
Your convex and concave side should not overlap with LE and TE. I find it really hard to belive that your drawing says that. How ever, it seems like you have defined them and your nose index looks ok. Does it calculate the mean line now? I cant say if the default filter is ok for you or not. I dont know how your blade looks like or any other stuff that have influence on that matter. Measuring speed, roughness, probe size, etc, etc.
[FR...]
I still can't get mean line, my blade is fine machined, and scan speed is about 0.25mm/s, over 4 actual scan points for each nominal point, probe before and after measurement is 0.5mm . probe size Dia 2.5mm should be fine with my blade, what else I can remember from Calypso... and here are my LE,TE,CCV and CVX points setting in Blade pro, and also the filter default setting which I did not change ( also not knowing it exact meaning). I think there have some overlapping. please let me know how do I correct it. Thank you! Capture.PNG
