Without being sure, I would assume that this could be done with PCM. Keep an eye on the program while running the first few parts. If each run goes all the way to 5 iterations, your fixturing could probably be improved.

You can, even without PCM. But you need to be running off your characteristic list.

For the first characteristic in the list, right click, and create a condition. use baseSystem().value<0.0005 as the condition. Have yes on the end program side, and the end program box checked.

That should, if it fails to align well after the loop, kill the program. It has been a while since I used it though.
