I had that very same message appear on my Prismo 6 months ago, it hasn't affected anything and nothing appears to have changed. A similar question was raised on here a while back with no solid answers.....How about a little help with this Zeiss?? We know you're listening 🙄

I get a massive spam of these, on both our CMM's, every day. They happen around the same time per machine. The Contura's messages start around 2:17-2:18, and the Durrrrramax's around 2:25-2:26. They don't seem to affect anything.
