[Me...]
We moved a 2003 Vista using Calypso 5.4 from one building to another. ( About one mile ). After getting it set up again, when we tried to start Calypso, the error message "No license Found" came up. I have the licence CD and tried to reinstall the licenses. The message " the licences have been successfully installed" comes up, but the Licence Manager is not populated and still get the error message of "No Licence found". The only difference was that in the 1st building the CMM was connected to the internet, in the new building it was not at the time it was tried to be started. It is now. Any ideas what my next step should be? Thanks in advance.
[Da...]
I have no idea, I'm just curious if you have PC bonded or USB dongle license. (USB one could also be inside the workstation)
[No...]
In case of USB licenses the (probably internal) dongle or the USB connector might have been damaged during the move. We had that once on a laptop (same error) and connecting to another USB port fixed it.
