Coordinate question

I'm updating a program that someone else wrote a couple of years ago that is no longer here. He changed the coordinates from XYZ to RAH on a point and I'm not sure how to create a point and change the coordinates being different. I have attached a picture of how he set it up and I could use some help with how I can create a point in the same way that he did. How can I create a point with the probing direction and the different coordinates?

Resources/Features representation ,, then add a feature. You can select what coordinate system from there.

It is less confusing for me to take a hit on the part and correct the nominals if I don't have a model. Also the little angle icon next to "A" will let you change your reference angle to report from a particular axis. This is helpful when reporting dimension as it influences Nominals there. Same with True position. I often report the BASIC dimensions to facilitate machining adjustments, and can manipulate reference to match machining center axis.
