Pay Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) yearly. 2. Pay upgrade license when you decide it's time to update. If you share programs with other machines or if you pretend to update in periods of less than 4 years is better and cheaper to have the SMA. First google around how to backup stuff before installation. Then look around on https://portal.zeiss.com/software-center And leave the pathces alone only download the latest SP. [Ro...] Posted September 24, 2019 Author Share Posted September 24, 2019 We do have the software service agreement. So all I have to do is the download the most recent upgrade and install It. We have (2) CMM's and (1) offline. Before when we upgraded, we needed a license number for each machine and the offline. Where do you get them when you download from the web. We always had a hard copy sent to us before with that information. Would you have to call the Zeiss support to get your license number for each machine.
