PDF Printer Drivers

A couple years ago, a couple Calypso updates ago, i was having issues with sending results to PDF.
Right now the PDF options in Results to file and the Run window are both greyed out (pictured)
I remember there was a couple PDF Drivers that i needed to install, but were they from the install disk??? or maybe downloaded from the forum site???
Does anybody know what im talking about?
If so can you provide a little step by step help?

1. From Add/Remove Programs in Windows, locate the two Zeiss PDF Printer modules and hit ‘Uninstall’. Make sure both PDF Printer programs are uninstalled.

2. Put the Installation CD or Installation USB stick in and navigate to this folder: Calypso\ISSetupPrerequisites\{02C1DFCB-65DF-4452-A49D-3D17B46D3F16}
(It is the 2nd folder when sorting by name). Or the folder may be named ZEISS PDF Printer Set 7.7 depends what version you're on, from what I've found.

3. Inside this directory you will find 3 files. Perform the following actions in this sequence.
a. Install novapk.exe
b. Install novasv.exe
c. Run the ZeissPDFInstall.vbe
d. Reboot the computer.

#1 Thank You, i got moving in the right direction, but i needed my trusty corporate IT guy to do the installing for me....

#2 so when "we" got to installing NOVAPK box came up asking for App name and Company name. "we" didn't know what to put in these fields so "we" put Calypso and my company name Orchid in the boxes. I don't know if that means anything about anything.
Im having trouble with the NOVAPDF, it keeps all the prints in queue, and i can't even successfully print a test page. I can print a test page with NovaPDF Pro Server V5 (novapsv) which didn't give me the same pop up box.

Any help will be appreciated.
