Excel report

Hello, gentlemen.
Could you help please to fix the following problem?
I output excel report and have that error:
What could be a reason?

Calypso 6.6.1601, MS Office 2016(tried also 2013, 2010).

You have an outdated version of excel. You need to install excel 2000 or higher. Although I find it hard to believe you're running a version of excel almost 20 years old.

I think Brett missed reading below your picture.
That said, make sure you have the updated characteristic report (Characteristic.xlt) in the "C:\Users\Public\Documents\Zeiss\CALYPSO\data\excel_report" file path.

Also make sure you have chosen that report by going to resources, define print-out, choose the default printout/warning limits tab and then the excel report at the bottom

We have this problem with report excel in Calypso 6.6.16. Did you solve it?

We had a similar problem in Calypso 6.6.16
Reason is only one. You must have installed all the tools for the macro.
The easiest way to check this is by going to Developer and checking if all functions work.
