Non-conforming reports inside of Calypso

Guys,

Does anybody use Calypso to also report the results of non conforming CMM measurements? For example, lets say a characteristic reports out of tolerance on the CMM report; However, when checked with other methods that characteristic is good.

I have several tools to handle these kind of situations but none of them are within calypso. Deviations, NCMR's (non conforming material reports) etc. But all of these require generation another report on top of the CMM report.

I've got some ideas but I'd like to see what you guys have come up with.

Measurement attribute with catalog : n.def / Re-check
Flag measurement as re-check when characteristic OOS
Re-measure OOS characteristic and replace value with value from other inspection method
Use comment variable to leave note about what you did
