RPS alignment points application to True position

Good morning
If some of you have same problem please feel free to respond .

My part : Freeform automotive part alignment with RPS alignment
Coordinate origin is transfered from CAR zero point to Part ABC system ( origin in B )
A1/A2 are single point coordinates - fixation Y axis ( different Y coord )
B zero point XYZ
A3/C intersection of plane A3 and hole C YX axis
So : 3(y)-2(xz)-1(x)

Problem : In tolerance frame is defined to measure other position towards ABC system ( picture tolerance frame )
B/C are no problem to input but A1/A2/A3 are RPS points on radius not flat surface .

Is there a way to somehow do it , or drawing entry in this case is not correct ???
