Offline seat help : CAD View freezes up, Calypso wont work afterwards.

Hi all,

Recently when in my Offline seat, Calypso works fine until I load a CAD Model and attempt my 1st feature. It immediately freezes up the CAD and no longer will take points. The entire CAD Window becomes useless. I can still go and click other places in Calypso but nothing registers in the CAD Window.

I have uninstalled and freshly reinstalled. Nothing. I created a couple programs so I know the Laptop can definitely handle Calypso.
Is there somewhere specific I should have our IT guy look at? Firewall? Or has anyone else had this happen and knows why?

Got a fix completed thru Zeiss Support.

Turns out it was the NVIDIA Graphics card. Our Company pushes out Dell updates Monthly.. the latest one is what caused the issue. Simply going to NVIDIA and downloading the update directly, fixed the Calypso freezing.
