[Cl...]
I have several O-inspects. I just noticed that one of them does not have the camera calibration program that utilizes the small glass slide, or I simply cannot find it. Where should this program be located? How often should I run this?
[Br...]
You really don't ever need to run that. Unless something got seriously messed up with your camera, that only needs to be done one time. I think when they calibrate it they might run it too. All you need to be running is the tactile/optical adjustment program.
[Cl...]
OK, thanks. Yes, I currently run the tactile/optical adjustment program weekly.
[No...]
Nevertheless, if you should ever need it: The most recent versions of tactile-optical adjustment and the glass template calibration are contained in a package of example measurement plans, which can be installed from the Calypso installer. It creates a folder named inspection_examples in \workarea. Inside it is a subfolder named 'inspections_optik' (yes, 'k' 😉 )
