Mysterious Rotary Table positions

Running Calypso version 6.6.
Randomly, in programs that the Rotary Table is not used in, I'll open the clearance data in a feature strategy and it will show the position of the rotary table. When the Rotary table is not being used, this box should be blank, like shown in illustration.

This doesn't happen every time and the rotary table is not turned on in the base alignment or elsewhere when it does happen.

Maybe just a random glitch but, has anybody else see this happen?

I don't have a Rotary Table anymore to test.
