Table file names - how defined?

I have been working with multiple printouts to construct custom PDF reports, with reasonable success. However, I am seeing the table files (*chr.txt, etc.) left in the "Default Path for Result Files". The file location is not the problem. However, the filenames themselves are a construct of measurement plan name + incremental part number + the "chr", "hdr" or "fet.txt" table file extensions. I cannot determine the (possibly obscure) system setting which defines this filename combination. I know I can edit the individual files in multiple printouts section per measurement plan, but am more interested in adjusting the global name of table files for all measurement plans on the system. Running Calypso version 5.6.12. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the help. I believe you may have given me the answer I'm searching for. "The Resources > Name for output files > ... for all Measurement Plans ..." option must have been set previously by another individual. I was hoping to get an answer as to the location of that option in a setup file (if it exists) for future reference. For now I will follow your steps through the Resources menu.
