I know the Zeiss techs are able to look at a report of how many crashes a machine has had in a certain time frame. Is it possible to look at this myself? [Me...] Posted August 22, 2019 Share Posted August 22, 2019 Go to ftp://192.4.1.200/BC/KMG/log/error/ in your IE This will be the error logs that the controller stores. A crash will be listed as such and the velocity, axis, etc.. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
