Duramax Vibration

Hello,

When moving our Duramax machine in the y-axis there is a harsh vibration at faster speeds. When manually moving the machine the vibration and noise is minimal, but when trying to pick up a stylus (or anything with faster speed for that matter) the entire machine vibrates clear down to the control box. Does this sound like a bearing or servo motor possibly going bad?
