XXT TL3 Cad Model

We are working on having some part fixtures made, for a new job coming to our facility. We plan on running this, short term, on our new 10/12/6 contura's with an RDS head. Is there an actual cad model available, of the XXT TL3 and probing, that can be imported to verify clearance to all the features we need to check? I was told that we only have Renishaw head/part models, at this time, which would have worked, had we been able to run this on my old Sheffield retrofitted machines. The part is simply too long for those machines.
