So I've had problems for a year with Planner because whoever installed it before I started this job did not properly install it.

Is it possible to uninstall and then Re-Install Calypso with the dongle that was given without having to deal the the activation license? Our SMA is expired.

I assume you could make a copy of the license file under C:\ProgramData\Zeiss\License and then re-install your program. If that file directory is gone afterward, just recreate it and drop the license file back in.
