[Ro...] Posted August 2, 2019 Share Posted August 2, 2019 Seems like calypso would recognize the problem and give you an "Free Form not available" message, instead of the super vague "message not understood". Additionally i KNOW the Zeiss sales people know exactly what you already have, i've seen them pull up their laptop and tell me what we have and what they have at our other locations, its all on a network spread sheet. But time & time again ive seen new CMM's and new offline seats come in with with a lesser package than whats already in place. I believe its to keep initial Cap X sticker shock to a minimum, and figure the customers will just buy the added licences later on. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
