I am having an issue that when I create a program. When i go to run it the first time it runs the alignment than 1 dimension and finishes. I literally have to select all the characteristics and run them before it will do it run all the features and give me a report. It also does not happen every time. Is this a bug?

Here's something that happens quite frequently. You're editing a characteristic and you close it. It remains selected. Next, you hit Run but don't notice that instead of All Characteristics being selected, Run Current Selection is selected. You hit Start and it only runs the one item. So, either make sure no characteristics or features are selected and while in the run window, make sure All Characteristics is selected.

Also, if Clear Existing Results is NOT checked, Calypso won't run any characteristics that contain data. Exception: If you select/highlight one or more features with CER unchecked, it will run them but it won't generate a printout. I think I remember that's how it worked...LOL
