Looking into buying one for the lab.. Looking at the Mitutoyo LSM-6902H. round 9k on sale.

Anyone here have input on this model or maybe another one. Would be for gauge pins mostly. But who knows what use they can find for it..

We have a Mitutoyo Laser Mic (cannot remember model) bought in 2000. It is fantastic in measuring parts with step diameters and undercuts and is incredibly accurate. We have a knockout with four different diameters and an undercut and in less than 30 seconds have all dimensions we need checked. It used to print a report but that no longer works so we now have to write down the numbers to enter in reports which is not a big deal
