I've always used the URL 'customer.imt.zeiss.de', but this now redirects to the new portal. There was another URL, but I don't remember (somthing with 'academy' in the name). What I'm looking for is the library of PDF docs, such as the multi-language Calypso docs or the CMM hardware docs (machines, controllers etc.). Those are not on the new portal. Zeiss Admins assured me that everything would still be available. I'd love to pull up the old thread where they said this but we can't access it. Zeiss, are you listening? Unfortunately, we've lost our URL in the depths of the internet 🙁 We're doing everything we can to catch our URL back and make it available to you again. - Fun aside, that's not good and we'll check what happend and try to make the old forum accessible as an archive again. Yes, because extranet.zeiss.de branches to different locations depending on what comes after the basic URL, and each page needs a different login. For example there also existed an old download portal (outdated and now gone too) for software updates, drivers etc. which also started with extranet..., but with its own standard login. They were very useful manuals and i can't find that anywhere now. Does anyone know anyway to find those? I know, the Calypso docs come as PDFs with the installation, but there was much more, like CMM installation instructions, docs for the joystick panel, technical data, lists of certified computer hardware, and so on...
