Launch Gear Pro and load a file with cmd?

Does anybody know if it is possible to launch Gear Pro and load a specific .gear-file from the cmd.exe?

I was looking to do the same because of long workpiece browser loading times. What works is: find your .gear file in windows explorer, etc, then drag it into gear pro (on the left side where the gear pictures usually are) It open right up !.

This of course works for .act files as well.
