Probing issue

Dear all

I have one doubt in calypso
When was checking/taking a part base alignment actual point and nominal points are have some variation.
In cad nominal points are shown one place and catual points are shown in other place

But when I am completing my base alignment and give run it run ok

My doubt is why it's showing like that and other programs are shown good (both actual and nominal points).

The green points are where the part actually is on the table compared to where the model says it is. After you complete the alignment the actual and cad are "synced". That is why they are okay after you finish your alignment. This is completely normal.

If you had a fixed fixture alignment you would not see this. It is still happening but the actual and cad separation would be very small.
