Those of us who trained UMESS all used the same strategy. Hand out the book. Tell customers it could be a useful reference document. (It wasn't). The first bits of information I handed out in my UMESS Basic, Advanced, KUM, and Strata class was the phone numbers for phone support and my cell phone.
