Hi everyone,
I didn't know where this would fit so I figure this is the best spot.
I am wondering if anyone would be able to help me figure out my account issues.
I originally signed up for this forum using my personal email and hence my Jason Knox account.
I had issues using that in the past and have been using my work email hence my Jason Knox.2 account.
My company sold, we changed our name slightly and I now have a new email address.
Is there any way to merge my accounts, and or change my account email or am I going to be stuck with a Jason Knox.3 account?

I have emailed a couple of times to the contact us link at the bottom of the page and have not heard anything. Thought maybe some of you have had to deal with something similar.

I've had a message open on the Zeiss portal since late April asking a similar question. Haven't pressed the issue, but nobody ever responded to it.

Hi Jason & Thomas,

you have to login under https://id.zeiss.com/, click on the help button (question mark in the right corner) and start a request there. The ZEISS ID team will then change your e-mail address for you.
