Preventing Over-travel on an RDS

Hi, everyone. Is there a way to limit the angular travel of an RDS? The guy on 1st shift accidentally entered A:90 / B:900 when manually adjusting the probe angle the other day, which caused the RDS to attempt 2.5 full revolutions in B (jamming the XXT up against the ram / z axis and casting it to the floor). You would think there would be a software prompt or warning when you inadvertently enter something like that.

Not that I am aware of. It seems to me it would be very easy for the software to include a conditional statement to prevent situations like this.

I've had a couple issues with travel with my RDS as well and one of them was End Park Position, so I've just accepted not using it for this head. I thought Blocking Edges would correct some of my clearance quirks but it didn't so my solution is to only have one fixture at a time during program runs.

I truly despise the RDS head, but we work with what we have...
