Constructing a Tangent Diameter

I have measured these two radii separately for the purpose a Profile callout but what is a preferred method of constructing the Ø 1.771 ± .002 tangent dimension shown in the picture?

Can you drop a theoretical plane on the center-line to intersect the two arcs, and then drop them into a symmetry point or create a theoretical circle based on the distance between the two and their symmetry center?

I was able to construct the feature by Recalling Feature Points into a Circle and changing to Inner/Outer Tangential, but it is only accurate with scanning points.

Yeah. I'd probably stay away from that.

The print doesn't show the Ø characteristic, so it is only a linear dimension, not a diameter.
