[Me...]
I have an issue while importing dfq files.PiWeb Auto Importer doesn't recognize the dfq file when the values for the following list of K-Values are not written. k2403 (Gage Group) k2402 (Gage Description) k2142 (Unit Description) k2410 (Test Location) K2002 (Characteristic Description) K2005 (Characteristic Class) K2101 (Nominal Value) K2110 (Lower Specification Limit) K2111 (Upper Specification Limit) I removed them from the dfq files (using a notepad) and then it worked. I am trying to find a way to make Auto Importer tolerate dfq files with K-Values that have empty data. Can anyone help? Thanks
[Me...]
I forgot to mention that DFQ files are files that have QDAS-ASCII format
[Ri...]
As far as I know, PiWeb can't modify a file in that way, before importing. However, I have some fields that are empty and my dfq still imports. So, I'm wondering if there isn't some setting that's blocking the import. When you configure the import options in Planner, if you load the file in to preview, there should be a red ! symbol. Sometimes you can find more information there about what the error is.
