Stylus system stations will not change automatically

We are having a problem changing stylus systems automatically. This only happens in just a couple of programs.
These have some new angles added to the stylus system - and all the new positions have been calibrated. This issue is happening in Simulation/Planner AND on our CMMs in multiple buildings.
The program is asking the Operator to manually change stations. Once clicked on 'OK', the machine goes to get the next stylus system as it should.
Here it is in Simulation: 155_f47a7fe2a3a632cd973e2f0399b66914.png

Again, all stylus systems/all angles qualify fine. Our System is RDS/XXT with NO CAA,
I certainly appreciate any ideas on what is going on here.....
Thx!

Ty thought is since you are dealing with multiple locations & offline seats that somewhere a tip was created that is off in a very minor way, could be as simple as capitalization or an underscore where a space should go.

If you cant figure it out then go into your Automatic Probe change menu
Highlight the stylus system giving you problems
Go to the dropdown menu and select "Empty current holder"
Then go to the dropdown menu and select "Set stylus system to stylus system holder" and re select the correct stylus system.
So basically you're re teaching your stylus system holder as to what stylus systems it carries.

Hope that works.

Note: the attached picture is from an XT application, but an XXT setup is the same procedure.

Hi Roberto.
I did that first thing this morning. I only did it (before coming here) slightly different. I re-assigned the same stylus sys to its current holder location. So basically, I skipped the 'empty out the current holder' step. It appears that the pause/interruption is now gone. 😎
Thanks for your help!

Thx Ted.
Now am scrutinizing every move to see if this little bugger appears again, but since I have re-assigned all on my Planner/offline laptop, am hoping any programs I release into the 'wild' don't cause our machines anymore heartburn.
