Make sure your Y&Z vectors are 1.000, 0.000, 0.000 or -1.000, 0.000, 0.000 for "Left & Right" facing probes.
Look at some of your other probes that appear good in simulation if possible, copy down their vectors and use those numbers.

Rick Stanich: Thanks for posting! I have not tried to delete the model and reinstall yet, but I will try that when I get a chance.

Roberto Flores: I did check the geometry vectors and they were fine. Thanks for the reply! I was really hoping to see the vectors off by 46 and 14 degrees.

I don't work with models very often and that was my first attempt at pulling one into an existing part program. When I get stuck, it is usually easier for me to just start over, but this time I wanted to solve the mystery.

I've had this happen some time when you do not orientate your model normal to the MCS prior to doing your base alignment. For example, if you load a model and start extracting features then go to base alignment and constructing the Spatial, Rotation, etc....The system will make the model correct and normal as it should be but the stylus system does not catch up.

I have found it easier and more reliable to use CAD Model Transformation and orientate the model the way I want it then extract my features and create my base alignment. The other way certainly works but this method is will always produce a good result when it comes to the stylus system orientation as it relates to the model.
