Zeiss calypso won't boot up

Hi, I have a Zeiss Duramax 5/5/5 I'm having a problem, currently running Calypso version 5.4 from the nothing the software won't boot up, I start it and it shows the image and says "Dmax: Initializing" but it locks on that message and won't open anything, it also show an scheme ACIS interface driver extension window that says "not found" what can it be ?

I would try first restarting your computer. If that doesn't work, make sure you have the latest service pack. If all else fails, you might need to give Zeiss a call.

Error messages in the ACIS window CAN be relevant, but many of them are not. Can you post the exact message? What is it that's not found?
There are many possible reasons, ranging from install errors over damaged files to access rights.

That's one of the irrelevant messages. It appears every time, even if the machine is working fine.
The ACIS process controls Calypso's CAD window. If Calypso want's to display or change something in the CAD window it sends a command to the ACIS process. So all error messages in this window are only CAD related. You can safely ignore ACIS messages as long as there are no CAd-related problems.
