[Me...] Posted April 9, 2019 Share Posted April 9, 2019 Hello, I am having trouble with our O-Inspect 322 picking up our Masterprobe after a crash. The machine will pick up the probe but then will kick off the drives whether removing or placing the stylus in the holder. The other two probes in the holder both work fine with automatic probe change. The Masterprobe does manually qualify within tolerance. I have tried replaced the stylus holder, the holder rack and relocating the holder rack but am unable to resolve this issue. I am fairly new to the machines so I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what could be the potential problem and resolution, thanks for any feedback!
