[ng...] Posted April 2, 2019 Share Posted April 2, 2019 We have a Duramax 5/5/5. The operator told me sometimes it stalls before it probes the first space point. And another operator told me the same thing, but with a different program. Not sure what is causing this issue, I cleaned the probe and adapter plates with alcohol, I looked at the glass scales looks clean. We just got this machine a year ago. [Ca...] Posted April 8, 2019 Share Posted April 8, 2019 Our Contura stalls every now and again. I'm the only one who uses it. All our programs are stored on a server, so I just chalked it up to some sort of data transfer. I wonder if there's any way to prove that Calypso is in constant communication with the server while running, short of pulling the network cord mid-program.... [Da...] Posted April 8, 2019 Share Posted April 8, 2019 Please sign in to view this quote. you could run cmd.exe and try to continuously ping cmm controller (possibly 192.4.1.200) and another ping to server where the plans are (you may or may not have firewall set to block ping). Try it, but there are some other tools to check that kind of stuff, ask your IT about what can be done. (IT that knows about network and networking tools, which isn't necessarily the same guy that connects printers to USB) edit: OK, I am writing nonsense - ping to cmm controller isn't necessery.
