Default Settings for Decimal Places

I would like to be able to Default the User Interface in Calypso to 5 places, have the Printout Default at 4, & is it possible to Default Angle settings to 2 places separately?

In the Environment settings, it allows you to separate the User Interface from the Printout but it doesn't seem to work. I've even tried changing it and then restarting Calypso, still no dice.

So far, the only way I can achieve this is changing these settings every time I start a new program.

You should be able to set print out to report the amount of decimals, characteristic by going to Resources, Characteristics setting editor and choosing units. Click the selected features button. Works on mine.

Having no problem doing it that way...Just wondered if there may be a way of not having to do that every time I start a new program.
